With more than 20 years of international consulting and corporate experience, she has supported organisations across a wide range of industries in navigating complex organisational and people-related challenges.

Her expertise spans pay fairness and transparency, reward strategy, performance management, organisational effectiveness, and change management. Rita's approach focuses on helping organisations use pay transparency not only to meet regulatory requirements but also to strengthen employee trust, improve management decision-making, and enhance long-term employee engagement and business performance.
